Gina's Place is a romantic and charming hideaway in downtown La Conner. Nestled in a luscious garden, Gina's Place will give you a sense of the historic past while keeping you close to the heart of the action. This structure was originally built in the late 1880's on the Swinomish Channel where it served as a Chinese laundry, grocery, and later a residence where youngsters could dive from the back porch into the Channel for an early morning swim. In 1972, the building was moved from its original location on the Swinomish Chanel to its present day location.
Gina's Place is a National Historic Landmark. This historic hideaway is one bedroom and is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences. It includes a hot tub and private garden where you can soak and relax under the old maple tree with a good book.
The nightly rate is $150 for one or two guests and $210 for three or four. Gina's Place is small dog friendly for a $50 fee.
